INNOVATIVE ART SHOW AND SILENT AUCTION, SYNTHESIS, TO BENEFIT TOYS FOR TOTS:NASHVILLE, TN-- Euphoric Ocular Concepts and SoCF Entertainment are teaming up with the Millennium Maxwell Hotel to host Synthesis: An Evening of Art and Inspiration. Local and regional painters, sculptors, jewelers and various other artisans are converging on the Grand Ballroom of the Millennium Maxwell Hotel on Sunday Dec. 4 for what is sure to be one of the most visually stunning and thought provoking benefits ever to partner with Toys for Tots. Synthesis will be an art show as well as a silent auction benefiting Toys for Tots. People from all walks of life can gather together to have their minds tickled by various artists, and to bid on their favorite pieces to take home.The event is FREE, however, guests are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to benefit Toys for Tots. There will be marines on site to collect the Toys. Synthesis will take place on Sunday Dec. 4th in the Grand Ballroom of the Mellinium Maxwell Hotel, from 5-10. The last hour will feature raw musical creativity in the form of improvised sub bass-guitar lines, broken break-beats, and epic synth melodies over an array of self recorded samples and stereophonic soundscapes, more commonly knows as This is ART (Art Webb).The event is a way for local artists to give back by making a difference in the lives of children while pricking the consciousness of the community through a variety of artistic mediums. The Mellinium Maxwell Hotel is located at 2025 Rosa L. Parks Blvd downtown.
